Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) is a reputed organization conducts various exams every year. This time Indian Railways is recruiting the Junior Engineers and Senior Engineers for various regions of RRBs. There are a total of 17 Railway Recruitment Boards zones like Central, Western, Southern, Eastern, Northern, North Eastern, South Eastern, South Central, East Central, North Central, etc. and the divisions are RRB Ahmedabad, RRB Ajmer, RRB Allahabad, RRB Bangalore, RRB Bhopal, RRB Bhubaneswar, RRB Bilaspur, RRB Chandigarh, RRB Chennai, RRB Gorakhpur, RRB Guwahati, RRB Jammu & Srinagar, RRB Kolkata, RRB Malda, RRB Mumbai, RRB Muzaffarpur, RRB Patna, RRB Ranchi, RRB Secunderabad, RRB Siliguri, RRB Thiruvananthapuram. RRB Junior Engineer (JE) Application process was 20th September 2014 and closed on 19th October, 2014
After the call letter gets released, candidates can download them by visiting the direct link given above. On that page, candidate need to find RRB JE Admit Card download link. After the admit cards will be uploaded to the official website, you will see that link. Then, You have to enter registration details and then you will be able to download it. Aspirants will find all details regarding exam centre, roll number etc. mentioned in that.
The written test for Railway Recruitment Board's Junior Engineers will have questions based on General Intelligence and reasoning, General Awareness, Arithmetic, General Science and Technical Ability which are all objective type . The test paper will have 150 questions out of which 90 will be from General Science and Technical Ability section. For appearing in this test, aspirants need to have RRB JE 2014 Admit Card.
As far as the selection Procedure is concerned, it consists of single stage exam. Candidates will be selected on merit in written exam. There will be no interview for these posts. Qualified eligible candidates will be selected for the posts after document verification.
